Ingredients
3 lbs Ground Turkey
1 head Iceberg lettuce
2 med. onions (diced)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 Tbsp ginger (chopped)
Olive oil
1 cup scallion (chopped)
½ tsp salt
½ cup cilantro (chopped)
1 cup peanuts (chopped in food processor)
Sauce
3 Tbsp Low sodium Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp Sesame ginger sauce
1 Tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
Directions
Coat the bottom of a frying pan with Olive oil and turn heat to med-low
Add chopped onions and saute 3-5 min. add garlic and ginger and saute 5-7 min.
Add ground turkey, toss together chopping up turkey and tossing occasionally for 15 min.
Add salt, toss together.
Pour Sauce over turkey, toss together cover and let cook for 5 minutes.
Shut off heat, add scallions, cilantro and peanuts let sit for 5 minutes.
Tear off lettuce leaf, place turkey on lettuce leaf.
