How to make “Lamb chops with Asparagus”

Lamb Chops & Asparagus
Ingredients
Lamb Chops 16 pcs
3 lbs Asparagus
Salt ½ cup Olive Oil
½ cup lemon juice
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Rosemary

Directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Place lamb chops in aluminum trays and sprinkle with salt (place the fatty side up)
Bake for 20-30 min (depending on thickness of chops until brown)
While lamb chops bake cut off bottom 1/3 of asparagus and place in an aluminum tray, rinse with water.
In a small bowl, combine Olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme and rosemary
Pour some of the sauce over asparagus (save sauce for the chops)
Turn chops over, sprinkle again with salt and sauce, place in oven for 10-13 longer along with asparagus.
Remove from oven
