How to bake chicken wings healthy and delicious

Ingredients Spicy Sauce for Wings
48 Chicken Wings
½ cup Olive Oil
2 cups white vinegar
½ cup lemon juice
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dry Thyme
1 tsp Oregano
¼ tsp Rosemary
½ tsp Cayenne pepper

Directions
Spicy Sauce
Mix together ingredients and set aside
Spicy Avocado Mayo Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup Avocado Mayo
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs Vinegar
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp dry basil
¼ tsp dry thyme
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbs dry garlic
2 Tbs parmigiano cheese

Directions
In a bowl, place the avocado mayo and then the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
Place in the refrigerator while chicken cooks

Directions for Wings
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
In a large bowl, place the chicken wings and bath the wings with vinegar.
Drain the vinegar, place the wings in aluminum trays (3 trays) spacing the wings throughout trays.
Sprinkle the wings with salt
Bake for 35-40 minutes
Drain juices from chicken, flip over, sprinkle with salt again. Bake an additional 10 min
After 10 minutes, flip wings and spoon spicy sauce over each chicken wing and bake another 5 minutes.
