How to Cook Amazing RibEye Steak

Ingredients
3 Ribeye Steaks (approx.. 4lbs)
Pepper
Salt
3 tsp Olive Oil
2 Tbs butter

Take steak out of refrigerator an hour before preparing and pat dry with a paper towel Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Coat Ribeye with ½ tsp of olive oil per side and sprinkle with ½ tsp salt, and pepper. Make sure to coat entire ribeye with olive oil, salt and pepper. You can add more salt and pepper as to your taste.

Place steaks on a deep pan and place in oven for 12 minutes.

While steaks are in oven, place the butter in a small sauce pan over low heat to melt.

After 12 minutes remove from oven flip over and pour melted butter on steaks.

Lower oven temp. to 350 degrees.

Cook an additional 8 minutes

Remove steaks from oven and let steak settle for 5 minutes, this will allow the steak to absorb all the juices and flavor. Enjoy
